Pricing / Payments

DD-Rent | Dresden Apartment

We aim to keep the things simple, so providing that you book directly with us (not via a 3rd party portal), we do not charge cancellation fees and do not require a security deposit. However, we do require full payment in advance. Your booking/reservation is not valid until we have received your payment.

Pricing is rather simple:

            59,- € / night or 300,- € / week (Standard)

            69,- € / night or 400,- € / week (from November 25th to January 10th)

Prices for stays longer than one month are a matter of negotiation.

Cleaning at the end of your stay (and once a week for longer stays) is included, and we provide sheets and towels, which will be changed weekly if you stay longer than one week

We charge per night, not per person. As the apartment is layed out for 2 occupants, you can bring a second person without any extra cost.

Payment is possible in 3 ways. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/Master Card). We assume EFT by default, as this is the norm in Germany. If you wish to use a different payment method, please notify us.
