And this is how it works:
Once we have received your payment, we will send you a special phone number via email.
When you have arrived at our vacation apartment, .... standing infront of the main entracnce to the building, ... you must dial this special phone number with your mobile phone. Every time it rings, you will also hear the door buzzer, and you can simply push open the door and enter.
The door to the apartment willl open simultaniously. The apartment door has a brass door plate clearly marked "DD-Rent | Dresden Apartment".
This may sound complicated, but in fact it is quite simple and has a few advantages over normal keys. We will soon place a video on this web site to demonstrate this, until then please feel free to call or email us if you have any concerns/questions.
Guests open the doors to building and apartment with their mobile phones. There is no key in the classical sense, your mobile phone will act as an electroninc key. This means, that in order to rent this apartment, guests need a mobile phone that can be operated in Germany (roaming plan or local SIM card). If you don't have that, please do not book our apartment. Note that opening the doors with your phone, will not affect your phone bill.
